Overview

Twenty Odd Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us") builds mobile applications for iOS. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information across our apps. App-specific practices are noted where they differ.

Data We Collect

The data we collect depends on which app you use. Across our apps, we may collect:

How We Use Your Data

We use collected information only to operate and improve our apps:

We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.

Data Retention

Retention varies by app and subscription status. In Grandma Wants Pics, free plan photos are removed after 30 days; premium subscribers retain photos for the duration of their subscription. Users can delete their content or their entire account at any time from within the app.

Third-Party Services

Our apps use Firebase (Google) for storage, authentication, and crash reporting. Firebase's privacy practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy

Our apps are designed for adult users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@twentyoddlabs.com and we will promptly delete it.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Account deletion is also available directly within each app.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of our apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
